The menu for this years dinner has been published
Starter:
Smoked salmon with grilled pear and walnuts. Served with pumpkin bread.
Main course:
Slow-cooked veal with beetroot salad, feta cheese and pumpkin seeds. Served with baked potatoes and green salad.
Dessert:
Chocolate mousse with caramelised nuts
